Group admins decide. Turn on "Members can create events" in group settings to let members post. When it is off, only admins can, and members do not see the option.
After you post, the share screen opens. Copy the link, send it by text, WhatsApp, Facebook or X, save a flyer for Instagram, or print the QR code.
New RSVPs go on the waitlist. When a spot opens, the next person moves in and gets a notice.
You pick. Public events can show on Google and the events directory. Link only events are seen by people with the link. Members events are only for your group.
