BirdieConnect vs Eventbrite for golf events
Hosting a golf outing and comparing Eventbrite? BirdieConnect adds the golf part: public signup, fields up to 100, golf formats, flexible live scoring, leaderboards, groups, and optional entry fees.
What Eventbrite is
Eventbrite is a general ticketing and event platform. It is excellent for selling tickets to concerts or conferences, but it is not a golf tournament or scoring system.
Why golfers look for an alternative
Golf organizers want pairings, handicaps, formats (stroke, scramble, match play), live scores, and a roster that plays on the course — not just a ticket barcode.
